How to Enroll in Cheviot Hills Continuation High School
Did you fall behind in credits?
Do you want to make up credits and be on track for graduation?
We would love to have YOU join the Cheviot Hills High School family where we help each of our students to achieve their goals in a small, supportive school environment.
Steps to Enroll:
- Contact your home school counselor, PSA Counselor, A-G Counselor or Assistant Principal for a referral to Cheviot Hills HS.
- Once we receive your referral, we will contact you OR you can call us at (310) 838-8462 or email us at [email protected] to check on the status of your referral.
- Interview with us - we want to get to know you and to have you get to know us.
- Once accepted, complete enrollment paperwork and start school at Cheviot Hills!

ITEMS NEEDED IN ADDITION TO ENROLLMENT FORM
- Birth Certificate of enrolling child(ren)
- Utility Bill (electric, gas, water) or official government mail verifying your address.
- Driver’s License or ID card
- Completed Health Card
- Immunization Record
- A report card/transcript from your current school
- G.A.T.E., IEP and/or 504 Plan if applicable
